  • Provide advanced support across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD and networking.
  • Resolve escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Deliver high-quality service to MSP clients and drive infrastructure improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar MSP role
  • Experience with Office 365 / Azure / Entra / Intune
  • Security software exposure (AV, EDR, MDR, ITDR); VOIP (3CX)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent time management and customer focus
  • Full driving license and car
  • Strong customer service and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across client envs
  • Calm, methodical problem-solving approach
  • Willing to travel to site visits if required
