  • 3-5 years managing user and role-based access in SaaS environments.
  • ITIL mindset to contribute to the team's success.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting Windows and Mac with Jamf and/or Intune.
  • Experience handling high-priority escalations and high-pressure situations.
