  • Handle calls and emails on issues with O365, Windows, Cisco, Citrix, printers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Provide empathetic, courteous customer support.
  • Resolve or escalate issues per SLA.
  • Escalate higher-level issues to appropriate resources.
  • Communicate with engineers on shift to ensure tickets are addressed.
  • Follow Wiki/KB documentation for incidents and updates.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Two years related Help Desk or network support experience
  • Strong customer service, telephone and analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices (iPhone/Android)
  • Expertise in operating systems and application software
  • Familiarity with Cisco network technology
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
