  • Resolve requests in person or remotely via phone, IM, or email
  • Monitor and maintain service queue per SLAs
  • Remain current on hardware problems and resolutions
  • Assist with testing and evaluating various software applications in support of future deployments
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktop technologies, printers, and handheld devices
  • Coordinate with colleagues the appropriate configuration, setup, and delivery of computer-related equipment and software

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with helpdesk and/or end user support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions
  • Desktop/Laptop hardware and software support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
