  • Primary on-site tech support for the San Antonio office
  • Configure, deploy, and deliver hardware, peripherals, and software
  • Monitor and resolve incidents via the Service Desk per SLAs
  • Provide in-person and remote support via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Assist moves, adds, changes; workstation setup and relocation

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Desktop and end-user hardware/software support
  • Experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
