- Primary on-site tech support for the San Antonio office
- Configure, deploy, and deliver hardware, peripherals, and software
- Monitor and resolve incidents via the Service Desk per SLAs
- Provide in-person and remote support via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist moves, adds, changes; workstation setup and relocation

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Desktop and end-user hardware/software support
- Experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
