📋 Description

  • Lead client implementation of Evive solutions (discovery, data intake, setup).
  • Configure Evive for client benefit programs, demographics, rules, and triggers.
  • Maintain client configurations as plans, data, and rules evolve.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of personalization features (journeys, nudges, outreach).
  • Primary day-to-day client contact; own tickets and incidents.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on deployments and issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years client-facing experience in benefits, digital health, or HR tech.
  • 2+ years managing SaaS projects or implementations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with personalization engines and data-driven systems.
  • Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation).
  • Excellent communication; can explain technical concepts to all audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
