- Configure Evive for client benefit programs, demographics, rules, and triggers.
- Maintain client configurations as plans, data, and rules evolve.

- Primary day-to-day client contact; own tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on deployments and issues.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years client-facing experience in benefits, digital health, or HR tech.
- 2+ years managing SaaS projects or implementations.
- Strong technical aptitude with personalization engines and data-driven systems.
- Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation).
- Excellent communication; can explain technical concepts to all audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
