  • Onboarding new clients and delivering Managed Service solutions
  • Coordinate monthly reporting metrics and activity reviews with clients
  • Serve as POC between customer and Trace3 delivery teams

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited university required
  • 7+ years IT experience; 3+ years in client-facing MSP/ITSM
  • Experience leading QBRs, CSAT initiatives, and cross-functional delivery
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills
  • Adaptable to different work styles across PMs, engineers, consultants, sales, execs
  • Creative, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
