  • Serve as the primary business contact and relationship lead for strategic customer engagements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Service Delivery, Customer Success, or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology delivery.
  • Experience managing executive relationships and governance processes.
  • Ability to interpret contractual obligations and coordinate execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
