📋 Description

  • Prioritize and dispatch service/installation requests; reschedule as needed.
  • Monitor daily progress of technicians; adjust routes for changes.
  • Input data into databases; record completion codes for history.
  • Distribute unassigned work; manage daily workload and routes.
  • Input subscriber data; issue credits for late appointments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • Effectively communicates with field personnel regarding customer-impacting concerns.
  • Provides appointment management, ETA updates, and rescheduling with customers.
  • Regular, punctual attendance; able to work nights and weekends; overtime as necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; manages priorities.
  • Certificate and 3-5 years related exp; Word/Outlook/Excel; U.S. work eligibility.
