- IT support/service desk experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Genuine interest in IT systems, cloud platforms and infrastructure
- Customer-first, calm and proactive problem-solving
- Foundational knowledge: Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, Windows AD
