๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in Financial Services; preferably at an RIA or Wealth management firm
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; CFP/CFA preferred
- Strong relationship management; CRM, custodial, and financial planning software proficiency
- Demonstrated leadership with process improvement and client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication; problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for RIAs (SEC/FINRA)
