- 10+ years in Financial Services, preferably at an RIA or Wealth mgmt
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; CFP/CFA preferred
- Strong relationship management skills
- Advanced CRM, custodial platforms, and financial planning software
- Demonstrated leadership with process improvement and client satisfaction
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for RIAs (SEC/FINRA)
