📋 Description

• Serve as OIC in absence of a senior supervisor.
• Assist Lieutenant in supervising shift security operations.
• Ensure safety of all employees, guests, visitors, and patrons.
• Supervise and support the security team to meet standards.
• Coordinate shift and event security personnel assignments.
• Document performance issues and recommend corrective action.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience may substitute.
• Acquire and maintain an active DC SPO license within two months.
• Complete an 80-hour SPO training course.
• Maintain First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
