This position is based in Mexico City, and only candidates within a commutable distance to our Mexico City office will be considered.
What You Get to Do:
The Associate, Global will support our clients with the management of their benefit programs in numerous countries around the world. The Associate will be responsible for global and local plan implementation and servicing, project management, strategy development/implementation, and delivering an overall positive experience for our clients.
All aspects of global client management including implementation, day-to-day client service, relationship building, and renewal management
Support project management - managing project trackers, drafting reports, analytics, and presentations for global benefits clients.
Support the global director, advisor, and regional country consultants to deliver advice to the headquarters of our multinational clients on employee benefit matters around the world.
Work with local brokers to help coordinate and manage benefits programs.
Help support management of global traveler/medical/expatriate programs.
Manage and update client benefits data in our Sequoia People Platform
Coordinate and manage multi-country projects such as: global benefit benchmarking exercises, cost savings projects and governance processes.
Help clients stay ahead of compliance and local country legislative changes.
Effectively communicate and work across client organizations (local HR staff, headquarter HR, CEO, CFO) and our local partner brokers
Deliver on our brand of uncompromising client service
What You Bring:
BS/BA degree required.
Project management skills with the ability to multitask.
High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong desire to deliver high-quality results, consistently, and a proactive approach to working with clients.
Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely with colleagues in other countries.
Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
Experience with employee benefits programs or benefits insurance is advantageous.
Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Suite including PowerPoint, Teams as well as Google Docs and/or Smartsheet.
Availability to travel to the United States as needed.
Interest in the global benefits arena and to learn complexities of global benefits management.
