🎯 Requirements

4+ years of SEO experience
Proven organic traffic and revenue growth at scale
Experience with agile engineering/product teams
AI search optimization (AIO, LLMs, featured snippets)
SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Botify
HTML/CSS basics and structured data (JSON-LD/Schema.org)
