  • Track record building commercial cases for roadmap prioritisation.
  • Experience managing external partners/agencies with briefing, QA, performance management.
  • Working knowledge of AEO / AI-influenced discovery; define success metrics and manage risk.
  • Confident using analytics and search toolsets to diagnose performance and shape recommendations.
  • Excellent communicator; translates complexity into clarity.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and cross-functional across markets.
