Develop and optimize low-level drivers and MAC/PHY interfaces.
Debug wireless interoperability and certification issues using sniffers.
Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product teams for HW/SW co-design and compliance.
Debug, analyze, and optimize power use and timing for battery IoT devices.
Support Zigbee/Thread product certification and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
C / Embedded C; Python a plus
IEEE 802.15.4 MAC/PHY, Zigbee, and Thread stacks
Embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or Linux)
Debug tools (JTAG, GDB, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, sniffers)
Low-power wireless systems optimization
