Oversee facilities operations for the Luxembourg office and support other locations.
Act as Workplace Health & Safety representative, ensuring compliance across locations.
Lead safety initiatives; enforce policies and conduct risk assessments.
Develop emergency protocols, oversee evacuation drills, coordinate safety training.
Build/manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with the team to improve operations, plan maintenance, and moves.

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in facilities, workplace experience or project coordination.
Experience managing global events (in-person and virtual).
Experience with workplace health & safety, risk assessments, or safety compliance.
Completion of or willingness to obtain Health & Safety Designated Worker training in Luxembourg within 12 months.
Excellent organizational skills.
Process/Project Management: manage processes and timelines to get work done.
