📋 Description

  • Act as Office workplace representative and customer contact.
  • Provide reception services; welcome guests and respond to enquiries.
  • Coordinate catering, mail, other office services and stock control.
  • Handle facilities contracts, procurement, invoicing and events admin.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning works, contractors and landlord.
  • Support ESG objectives, ISO Standards and data record keeping.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in fast-paced office or hospitality.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with admin task skills.
  • Able to adapt to urgent situations for the department.
  • Excellent customer service, planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
