🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in capacity/workforce management or forecasting in global, high-growth settings.
- Proven experience building WFM foundations in scaling organizations.
- Deep understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time adherence.
- Hands-on with WFM tools (NICE/Verint/UKG/Teleopti); config/admin; automation/AI a plus.
- Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
- Navigate ambiguity and create structure; strong communication with stakeholders.
