🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in workforce management in fast-paced environments.
- WFM software/tools expertise; Verint preferred.
- Strong Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Experience presenting complex data to executives and influencing decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills; translate data into actionable strategies.
- Bonus: Looker familiarity, basic BigQuery, scenario planning.
