- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Data Analytics, or related field. \n
- 5+ years in Workday reporting/analytics; hands-on design of complex reports. \n
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including advanced reporting and fields. \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills. \n
- Excellent English communication; explain concepts to non-technical audiences. \n
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time. \n
