📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports with Matrix, Composite, calculated fields.
\n
• Develop and optimize Workday dashboards, Discovery Boards, and visuals.
\n
• Lead requirements gathering with HR to translate needs into scalable reporting.
\n
• Build and maintain Workday Prism data models integrating sources.
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
\n
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to surface analytics needs and govern data.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
\n
• 5+ years in Workday reporting/analytics; hands-on design of complex reports.
\n
• Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including advanced reporting and fields.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
\n
• Excellent English communication; explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
\n
