🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
- Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Integrations, Security, Prism).
- Strong Workday integrations experience (EIB, Studio, APIs).
- Deep security configuration, BP framework design, and reporting.
- Experience with Prism Analytics.
- Exposure to Workday Extend.
- High documentation skills with ITGC controls and change mgmt.
- Platform ownership mindset with strong technical depth.
