- Expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, and RaaS endpoints.
- Workday Web Services (WWS): SOAP/REST, WSDL, versioning, error handling.
- Advanced Custom Reports and Calculated Fields; Workday BP Framework; Orchestrate/Extend.
- Strong data security knowledge: PGP, SFTP, OAuth2, SAML, WS-Security, PII handling.
- Agile/Scrum, Git, and ability to write IDDs/runbooks; cross-functional collaboration.
