π― Requirements
- Proven experience implementing or integrating Workday HCM, ideally in global payroll or HRIS.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Integrations.
- Experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations leveraging Workday as the source of truth for HR data.
- Demonstrated ability to map and validate data between Workday and external payroll systems, ensuring compliance.
- Deep knowledge of global payroll operations, statutory compliance, and multi-country payroll setup.
- Customer onboarding and project management experience for complex, multi-entity implementations.
- Data management and analysis skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
