Mentor juniors and lead cross-functional projects
Partner with People, Finance, IT, and Security teams to deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of Workday HCM configuration across modules
Experience supporting M&A activities including data migration
Strong SOX compliance knowledge for HR systems and controls
Workday security architecture expertise (RBAC, domains)
Proficiency in Workday integrations: EIBs, Studio, APIs
Ability to design complex calculated fields and reports
