Partner with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance to translate requirements into Workday.
Scope and prioritize Workday releases in the Benefits space.
Collaborate with developers and vendors to enhance Workday Benefits integrations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in fast-growing, global companies.
4+ years of Workday configuration; 2+ configuring Benefits.
2+ years core HCM configuration.
Experience in Workday business process, security, and org configuration.
Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM in US & international locations.
Experience writing test scenarios for implementations and enhancements.
