📋 Description

  • Define and own Elastic’s website strategy, including structure, journeys, and intent capture.
  • Establish and maintain Elastic’s conversion architecture across pages, CTAs, offers, and flows.
  • Own the global CTA strategy, including primary/secondary CTAs and escalation across surfaces.
  • Define navigation, information architecture, and taxonomy principles.
  • Establish tagging, taxonomy, and content classification standards for personalization and discovery.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Content, UX, SEO, Analytics, Demand, and Product Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in website strategy, digital strategy, UX, or growth.
  • Proven track record designing scalable systems for large websites.
  • Deep understanding of IA, navigation, conversion, and user journeys in B2B.
  • Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives through influence.
  • Strong systems thinking; translate complexity into clear frameworks.
  • Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative signals to inform decisions.
