🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in website strategy, digital strategy, UX, or growth.
- Proven track record designing scalable systems for large websites.
- Deep understanding of IA, navigation, conversion, and user journeys in B2B.
- Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives through influence.
- Strong systems thinking; translate complexity into clear frameworks.
- Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative signals to inform decisions.
