Senior Web Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects for web development.
• Build and maintain tooling for CI/CD and local development (Bazel).
• Partner with product teams to resolve frontend infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Optimize performance, stability, and observability of the web platform.
• Improve performance and UX of key web applications.
• Drive initiatives to boost developer velocity across engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of web development focused on infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, plus another language.
• Experience with frontend infrastructure, CI/CD, build systems, or internal tools.
• Proven ability to reduce developer friction and boost productivity.
• Experience with Bazel or similar build tools is a plus.
• Mindset for building meta-level tools to empower engineers.
