Senior Web Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own amplitude.com as a strategic growth engine for self-serve and enterprise.
• Lead AI-powered marketing initiatives; integrate AI-native workflows.
• Work with 2 web engineers and a brand/growth designer.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Growth, Sales, and Engineering.
• Run experiments and optimization using Amplitude Analytics.
• Define site strategy, journeys, and content to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years owning or co-owning a corporate website or web growth program (SaaS/AI/tech).
• Experience working directly with engineers to scope, prioritize, and collaborate in a technical environment.
• Strong experimentation mindset: run A/B tests and optimization programs on corporate or product marketing sites.
• Data-driven by nature — decisions from evidence; experience with Amplitude or similar analytics is a strong plus.
• Experience with a headless CMS (Sanity preferred; Contentful, Prismic, or similar all count).
• Excellent cross-functional communicator across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
