🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, eCommerce, or digital product strategy.
- Innovator’s mindset; experience using AI tools to aid workflow and deliverables.
- Hands-on CMS content management (Contentful/WordPress).
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests or multivariate experiments with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with Amplitude, Hex, Google Analytics; comfortable building dashboards.
- Excellent communication; translate data into clear insights and briefs for Design/Engineering.
