📋 Description

  • Execute and optimize CRO on web funnels across US and Intl sites.
  • Build, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve traffic, MQLs, and purchases.
  • Partner with CMS (Contentful), UXD, and frontend engineering to create high-performing experiences.
  • Leverage product analytics tools (Heap, Sigma) to develop hypotheses and monitor funnel health.
  • Write user stories, requirements, and test plans for Design and Engineering partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer journeys across web flows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, eCommerce, or digital product strategy.
  • Innovator’s mindset; experience using AI tools to aid workflow and deliverables.
  • Hands-on CMS content management (Contentful/WordPress).
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests or multivariate experiments with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with Amplitude, Hex, Google Analytics; comfortable building dashboards.
  • Excellent communication; translate data into clear insights and briefs for Design/Engineering.
