📋 Description

• Lead the full-stack development of the marketing site using Next.js, Vercel, and Contentful. Own the codebase, ensuring it is performant, scalable, and maintainable.
• Enable high-velocity experimentation: implement A/B testing frameworks and personalization logic to optimize conversion rates across the user journey.
• Drive innovation on the web: embed intelligent experiences, automate personalization, and create interactive experiences for visitors.
• Scale our Content Operations: design flexible Contentful content models to empower marketing to ship campaigns and landing pages independently.
• Optimize for Performance & SEO: focus on Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO implementation to maximize organic traffic.
• Bridge the gap: act as the technical translator between Marketing and Product Engineering to align web stack with company vision while serving marketing agility needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Deep expertise in the modern React ecosystem: Next.js (App Router a plus), React, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience scaling Contentful or similar Headless CMS platforms in a complex marketing environment.
• Expert knowledge of Vercel for deployment, edge functions, and middleware.
• Strong understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and Technical SEO.
• Experience integrating marketing tools (Google Analytics, Segment, and A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO).
