📋 Description

• Lead development and maintenance of Incentive Management Group sites and internal apps.
• Manage all web projects from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with program, policy, marketing, and communications teams on tech issues.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for juniors/mids.
• Implement WCAG accessibility and security best practices.
• Research and adopt new technologies to improve capabilities.
• Integrate data visualizations and dynamic content with analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS or related field; 7+ years web development; 2+ years in senior/lead role.
• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), JS (ES6+); React/Vue/Angular.
• Back-end: Python or PHP with Django, Laravel, or Rails.
• CMS: WordPress or Drupal; custom themes/plugins.
• Database: MySQL; design and optimization.
• Leadership: lead projects, establish processes, mentor team.
• Problem-Solving: strong analytical and proactive mindset.
