📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex websites.
• Design and build conversion-focused WordPress sites using Figma and tools.
• Apply optimization for speed, UX, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and PMs to align scope.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and improve design processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Travel: Up to 30% travel to service clients in-person.
• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing design; 2–3 years in web design; Figma/Photoshop.
• Web Design Skills: WordPress or similar CMS (Wix, Squarespace, etc).
• Asset Management: Develop and maintain website assets and integrations.
• Technical Skills: HTML, CSS; UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Communication: Articulate design decisions; cross-functional collaboration.
