Senior Web Analytics & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the accuracy and scalability of web analytics across GA4, Heap, and downstream reporting systems; translate funnel performance and behavioral data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards in Looker to support web and revenue metrics; monitor web performance across top KPIs.
• Define tracking requirements and work with web development to ensure clean event implementation and reliable data.
• Set up and analyze A/B or multivariate experiments using Webflow Optimize.
• Operationalize and project manage workflows across localization, compliance, technical SEO, and accessibility.
• Establish governance and instrumentation standards that scale across global web properties.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in web analytics with the ability to translate web data and funnel performance into actionable insights.
• Experience building scalable reporting and ensuring data reliability across systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, event instrumentation, and debugging tracking implementation.
• Experience setting up A/B and multi-armed bandit web experiments and measuring impact.
• Operational/process-oriented: you thrive on creating organized processes that increase efficiency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Design.
