Maintain and build relationships with local and regional clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office.

🎯 Requirements

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 15 years in water resources with focus on dams.
Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Experience in business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills; autonomous work style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
