Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team.

🎯 Requirements

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 15 years in water resources engineering focusing on dams (design, rehab, safety, permitting, compliance).
Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion with clients, budgets, and regulatory approvals.
Experience in business development and client relationship management within engineering.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, autonomous while aligning with company goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
