Lead daily warehouse ops: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts, audits, and WMS control
Investigate inventory errors, defects, safety incidents; drive corrective action
Oversee inbound freight; verify counts; resolve discrepancies
Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and on time
Monitor stock levels; escalate shortages and quality issues

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ yrs warehouse leadership
Hands-on inbound/outbound/returns ops experience
WMS experience for inventory control, adjustments, reporting
Experience building labor plans, shift coverage, and staffing
Experience leading safety programs and equipment certification
Ability to analyze inventory reports and KPIs
Valid driver's license
