🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Eng, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain ops; 5+ in leadership.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in food production or high-volume fulfillment.
- HACCP, safety, and food handling knowledge.
- ERP/WMS/MRP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Infor); budgeting and KPI tracking.
- Willingness to travel 5-10%.
