🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent warehouse experience.
- 8+ years in warehouse/inventory/supply chain ops, with 5+ in leadership.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in food production or high-volume fulfillment.
- Strong HACCP knowledge and warehouse safety practices.
- ERP/WMS/MRP platforms experience (NetSuite, SAP, Infor) and rollouts.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; hands-on scaling leadership.
