- Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound distribution.
- Lead a team of Supervisors and 30+ direct and indirect reports.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, industrial engineering, or operations management.
- 8+ years in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain ops, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in food production, manufacturing, or high-volume fulfillment.
- HACCP, warehouse safety, and food handling knowledge.
- ERP, WMS, and MRP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Infor); lead system optimization.
- Proven ability to manage site budgets, labor plans, and operational metrics.
