- 5+ years of experience supporting Cisco voice and collaboration solutions.
- Experience in a managed services environment supporting multiple customers.
- Hands-on with CUCM, Webex Contact Center, UCCX, InformaCast, and CUBE.
- Strong experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, and voice gateways.
- Knowledge of Webex Calling PSTN models, cloud and hybrid, SIP trunks, and porting.
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, QoS, VLANs, WAN.
