- Collaborate with Brand team to align in-app work with brand guidelines while moving fast
- Evolve the app's visual language with Head of Experience Design
- Direct and elevate peer work across the Experience Design team
- Contribute to critiques and raise quality across the team
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of visual design experience across digital product, illustration, motion
- Strong point of view on visual craft; defend decisions and evolve under feedback
- Experience working inside product teams, not just alongside them
- Fluency in Figma and AI design tools; motion tools (ProtoPie, After Effects, or equivalent)
- Systems thinking; design for scale, not just for the moment
- Operate independently and make quality calls without a creative director
