🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare required
- 5+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical or medical device sales required
- Candidates must live within the stated territory
- Field work five days a week, including overnights, plus admin tasks
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory as required
- Growth mindset and winning attitude
- Strong communication with healthcare providers
- Coachable and eager to learn; open to feedback
- Persistent, resilient, agile, strong work ethic
- Time management and prioritization of territory tasks
