Lead full video and audio editing workflow per episode.
Manage multi-camera assembly; edit with Premiere and After Effects.
Record and remotely direct host video; manage remote/studio logistics (Riverside).
Prepare assets: thumbnails, captions, titles, descriptions; manage uploads and QC.
Coordinate multiple episodes, meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with producers, editors, audio engineers, and animators.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in professional video production (longform/interview-driven preferred).
Expert in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; Descript and Pro Tools a plus.
Publishing best practices: thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, optimization.
Proficiency with studio lighting setups and field shoots.
Experience with long-form conversational editing.
Interest or background in science and narrative journalism.
