📋 Description

• Edit long-form and short-form content to a high standard and meet deadlines.
• Define and document the editorial style, pacing, and structure for new shows.
• Review editor cuts and provide actionable feedback to reduce revisions.
• Escalate for editors on creative decisions, pacing challenges, and technical issues.
• Mentor editors through direct feedback, skill-building, and ongoing guidance.
• Enforce post-production standards including file management and workflow consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional video editing across long- and short-form.
• Proven experience mentoring or leading other editors in a production or media environment.
• Strong editorial judgment with pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Experience building or defining the creative direction for shows or formats.
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and structured post-production workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback and hold quality standards.
