🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a senior video production role (agency/studio/in-house)
Pro-level editing (Premiere/DaVinci/Resolve), colour grading, sound, motion (After Effects)
Strong storytelling; craft interviews/travel stories that engage
Advertising experience; create videos that get attention (6s to 30s)
Appreciation of product design; deep-dive on mundane things
Clear AI perspective on elevating or streamlining work
Collaborative spirit; team player
Able to prioritise work and meet timelines
