🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in energy with 5+ years in utility sales, grid services, or DER programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Proven track record closing large-scale utility/CCA contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of VPPs, DER aggregation, demand response, grid markets.
  • Familiarity with California CPUC, CAISO, and another major U.S. energy market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
