- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Proven track record closing large-scale utility/CCA contracts.
- Strong knowledge of VPPs, DER aggregation, demand response, grid markets.
- Familiarity with California CPUC, CAISO, and another major U.S. energy market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
