Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Establish the supply chain strategy and operating model from the ground up.
• Lead a globally distributed team across sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and quality.
• Define and implement core systems, processes, and governance to scale.
• Lead strategic sourcing for long-lead, high-cost components (€50M–€200M+).
• Partner with engineering to integrate supply chain early in product development (3+ years).
• Manage supply chain strategies across 10–20 year lifecycles with cost control.

• 15+ years in supply chain in complex, high-tech environments.
• Experience with long development cycles (3+ years) and long lifecycles (10–20 years).
• Track record of sourcing and managing high-value, capital-intensive systems (€50M–€200M+).
• Deep experience building globally distributed supplier networks and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiation.
• Experience integrating supply chain into engineering and product development processes.
