- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Market Access team.
- Develop pricing, access, reimbursement, HEOR, and affordability strategies for US portfolio.
- Negotiate payer, PBM, GPO, and distributor contracts.
- Build and oversee patient and reimbursement programs leveraging tech and data.
- Partner across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, CMC, and Government Affairs to address market, policy, and regulatory dynamics.
- Onsite collaboration 2-3x per week in San Francisco office.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech with leading high-impact teams and patient outcomes.
- 10+ years leading US Market Access; specialty/rare disease exposure; global a plus.
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare: payer, PBM, GPO, distributors, providers.
- Executive relationships with U.S. access stakeholders and strong negotiation credibility.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
